In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed from Saturday, September 24, 2022, to Friday, October 21, 2022. The Trading Window will re-open from Saturday, October 22, 2022, unless communicated otherwise. The Company has already communicated well before time about the said closure to its Promoters, Promoter Group, Board of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and employees below 2 levels to the MD and CEO of the Company.
