This is to further inform you that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, August 13, 2021 to Thursday, August 19, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.<BR> <BR> As informed earlier, the Board at the Meeting held on May 26, 2021 had recommended a dividend of Rs. 35.00/- (350%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The same if approved by the members at the AGM would be paid on or before September 15, 2021.
