Further to our letter dated November 12, 2021 and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the brief profile of Mr.<BR> Shobinder Duggal who has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.<BR> It may please be noted that appointment of Mr. Shobinder Duggal was duly approved by Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 12, 2021 on the basis of the recommendations of Nomination & Remuneration Committee in its meeting held on November 11, 2021.
