| PICTUREHOUSE MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, February 09, 2021 at 2.30 P.M through Video Conference to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. <BR> <BR> As already informed in our letter dated January 06, 2021, regarding the closure of trading window in the Company's Equity shares, from January 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
