Brahmayya & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company as on 31st March 2020 has placed their resignation dated 20th October, 2020 in place of which M/s. Sundaram & Srinivasan, Statutory Auditors from Chennai has been approved as in the Agenda No.2 of the Notice of the 21st Annual General Meeting held today through Virtual Platform.
