Pitti Engineering Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022. b) recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting. Further in continuation of our letter dated 28th March 2022 please be informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed from the start of business hours of Thursday, 31st March 2022 shall open after forty-eight hours of announcement of audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 to the stock exchanges.
