This is to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company through a circular resolution on 24th December, 2020 appointed Mrs. Jayshree Rajesh Sanghani (DIN: 09007808) as an additional director (Independent Director) of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from 24th December, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
