With reference to the above cited subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that due to personal reasons Mr. Mahesh Inani has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer. <BR> <BR> The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities with effect from 30.12.2020.
