| POLY MEDICURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/12/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (the ''Listing Regulations'') a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 8th December, 2020 to inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal of fund raising by way of debts, equity shares, convertible/non-convertible securities or other equity linked securities on preferential basis/private placement basis, for such amount and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board of Directors at the aforesaid meeting.<BR> <BR> In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Officers, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of Board meeting.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record. <BR> | |
