In continuation to our letter dated 11th February, 2022 regarding the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("RTA") from "M/s Link Intime India Private Limited' to "M/s Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited" and to comply with the provisions of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 28th July, 2022, accordingly all the formalities for change of RTA have been completed
