Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window under the Company's 'Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)' (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code with effect from 31 December 2021 upto 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter ending 31 December 2021 has been declared and approved by the Board of Directors.
