Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2022, inter alia, has recommended dividend at the rate Rs. 0.40 per share (20%) of face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
