Pursuant to above Regulations, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated person, including Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including immediate relatives of such Designated Persons of the Company from 01st October, 2021 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 and 48 hours thereafter.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
