In terms of Regulation 30 and 43 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Board of Directors in its Meeting<BR> held today i.e. on 12th December, 2020 have approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.5.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@50% of the paid up equity share capital) for<BR> the Financial Year 2020-21.<BR> The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Members on 8th January, 2021.<BR> The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:10 p.m.
