In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that POWERGRID Southern Interconnector Transmission System Limited, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, secured through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) comprising elements viz. Vemagiri-II - Chilakaluripeta 765kV D/C line, Chilakaluripeta - Cuddapah 765kV D/C line, Chilakaluripeta - Narsaraopeta (Sattenapalli) 400kV (quad) D/C line, Cuddapah - Madhugiri 400kV (quad) D/C line, Srikaukulam Pooling Station - Garividi 400 kV (Quad) D/C line and 765/400 kV substation at Chilakaluripeta on Build, Own, Operate and Maintain (BOOM) basis, has been successfully commissioned progressively on 17.01.2020.
