PPAP Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2022, inter alia, has recommended final dividend for financial year ended March 31, 2022 of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, which if approved shall be paid/dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
