Sub: Intimation regarding approval of resolution plan by the committee of creditors of the Company. <BR> Ref: Compliance/Disclosure requirements for Prabhat Technologies (India) Limited which is currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). <BR> I am writing to you in the capacity of the Resolution Professional of Prabhat Technologies (India) Limited ('Company'). <BR> I would like to bring to your kind notice that pursuant to Section 30 (4) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the committee of creditors of the Company ('CoC') has approved a resolution plan by a vote of 98.15% of the voting share of the CoC, through the e-voting process concluded on November 07, 2020.
