Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window. Reg. PRAJAY ENGINEERS SYNDICATE LIMITED ('The Company') With reference to above cited subject matter and as per the Code of Conduct Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations,2015), it is hereby informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01-01-2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the Third Quarter ended 31-12-2022. During the aforesaid period, the employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and other connected persons of the company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in company shares/securities. The date of board meeting for the consideration and approval Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Third Quarter ended 31-12-2022 shall be intimated in due course of time.
