We are pleased to inform that, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India (MIB) conveyed permission to the Company uplink and downlink a News and Current Affairs TV Channel for a period of 10 years. The permission shall be subject to renewal of MHA security clearance and clearance of Department of Space (DOS). The business relating to broadcasting and uplinking of News and Current affairs contents shall be in compliance with the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India (MIB) as amended from time to time.
