Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from April 1, 2023 for the purpose of Consideration and Approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023.
