| In continuation of our letter dated May 22, 2023, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has inter alia, considered and approved: The Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2023. The said Audited Financial Results prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the Auditors' Report with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results, are enclosed herewith. These results are also being uploaded on the Company's website at www.praveg.com. Declaration of Chief Financial Officer of the Company for Auditors' Report with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. | |
