BSE-NSE/Reg-30/FY2021-22/11) regarding the hearing held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, before the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai in the matter of petition filed under section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') by M/s. Koncepts Interior, Operational Creditor of the Company, we further wish to intimate that the next hearing on the said matter is listed to be held on Monday, January 31, 2022.
