Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, Precision Camshafts Limited (PCL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Solapur Municipal Corporation (SMC) on the 3rd November 2021. <BR> <BR> PCL will provide SMC with three (3) fully homologated Electric Light Commercial Vehicles for SMC on a 'free of cost' returnable basis by the end of calendar year 2022. Based on successful outcome and final validation of trial vehicles, SMC would float E-Tender on G.E.M. as per this pilot vehicle technical specifications for additional vehicles. <BR> <BR> The details are mentioned in Press Release.<BR>
