With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mrs. Veenita Puri (Membership No.: ACS 23209) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 15th October, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Company has accepted her resignation and it shall be placed in the upcoming Board Meeting before the Board of Directors for take note of the same.
