The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 12th November, 2021 has inter-alia, considered & approved Payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.4/- per share of Rs.10 each (40%) for the financial year 2021-2022.<BR> <BR> The 2nd Interim Dividend, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appear on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, November 23rd , 2021 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose. The 2nd Interim Dividend shall be paid to shareholders on or before 10th December 2021.<BR>
