| This is further to our letter dated 3rd September, 2021 wherein it was informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 at 11.30 A.M. through VC / OAVM.<BR> <BR> In terms of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 and the Notice of 41st AGM.<BR> <BR> The Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21 including Notice of AGM is being sent to the shareholders electronically who have registered their email IDs.
