| PREMIER EXPLOSIVES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26th May, 2022, inter-alia: a) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. b) To recommend the payment of equity dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22. c) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, in this connection, as notified by the Company vide letter dated 29th March, 2022, pursuant to the Company's Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window close period for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their relatives of the company has commenced from 1st April, 2022 and will end on 28th May, 2022. | |
