| PREMIER EXPLOSIVES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 3rd August, 2022, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further, in this connection, as notified by the Company vide letter dated 29th June, 2022, pursuant to the Company's Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window close period for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their relatives of the company has commenced from 1st July, 2022 and will end on 5th August, 2022. | |
