Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 25, 2023 in connection with the 'Strike' by the Company's workers at the factory located at Manuguru, this is to inform that the workers have called off the ongoing strike. The production/manufacturing has been resumed with effect from 31st January, 2023.
