| PREMIER EXPLOSIVES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. As notified by the Company vide letter dated December 29, 2022 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading that the closure of trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Directors and Designated Persons and their relatives, which commenced from January 01, 2023 will end on February 12, 2023. | |
