With ref. to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, Company''s code of conduct to regulate insider trading and clarification letter of BSE regarding trading restriction period, trading window shall be closed with effect from January 1,2025 for all the designated persons and their immediate relative till 48 hours from the announcement of an un-audited financial results for Q3 ending December 31, 2024.
The date of board meeting for Q3 result shall be intimated seperately.
Please take note of the same in your records.
