PRICOL LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Pricol Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per share of Re. 1 face value (100%) on the paid-up capital of Rs.94.79 million (Previous year dividend Nil) to the shareholders of the Company for the year March 31, 2016. The dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 17, 2016. The dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM will be paid on and from August 18, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Retirement of Mr. D. Sarath Chandran, Director<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mrs. Sriya Chari, Independent Director<BR><BR>Further, the Board Meeting commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 6.00 pm.
