Please be informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, January 01, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. The date of Board meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
