With reference to your captioned subject and your email dated: March 03, 2021, seeking clarification on the significant increase in the volume of the Company's security across Exchanges, in the recent past, we write to inform you that the Company has no such material information/ event which is not there in public domain, that is required to be disclosed to the Stock Exchange pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations , 2015 which in our opinion would have a bearing on the captioned volume behaviour of the scrip.<BR> <BR> The Company has made and shall continue to make necessary disclosures under the said Regulation 30.
