Please be informed that Prozone Liberty International Limited at Singapore (PLIL-S), a 100% subsidiary of the Company has sold its investment in Emerald Buildhome Private Limited ('Emerald'), Jaipur to Indian buyers for a consideration of INR 32.90 Crores. PLIL-S was holding 50% investment in 'Emerald'. <BR> <BR> This disclosure is being made under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 as a good governance practice.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record and oblige.<BR>
