| This is further to our intimation dated January 21, 2023, which has reference to the application made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges, regarding the re-classification of individuals and an entity from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category as follows: A. Mr. Deep Gupta Promoter 0 0.00% B. Mrs. Veena Gupta (Wife of A) Promoter PAC 0 0.00% C. Mrs. Santosh Gupta (Mother of A) Promoter PAC 10,000 0.01% D. Mr. Subhash Gupta (Father of A) Promoter PAC 5,685 0.00% E. Deep Gupta Family Trust Promoter Group 26,90,390 1.76% Total 27,06,075 1.77% In this regard, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Company has received approval from the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited ('BSE') & National Stock Exchange of India Limited ('NSE') for re-classification of shareholders as mentioned above to the 'Public' category of shareholders of the Company. | |
