| Prozone Intu Properties Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the captioned subject, please take notice that; <BR> <BR> 1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 12th November 2020, which amongst other items shall consider and approve the Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020;<BR> <BR> 2. In compliance with clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, please take note that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01st October, 2020 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records and oblige. | |
