| Prozone Intu Properties Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12th February 2021, which among other items shall consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2020; <BR> <BR> 2. In compliance with clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, effective from 01st April 2019, the trading window is already closed from the beginning of this quarter and will be re-open after 48 hours from the conclusion of Board meeting. <BR> | |
