| <BR> This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 13th September, 2021 has approved the appointment following Directors:-<BR> <BR> 1. Shri Ratnesh (DIN 08603968) as Whole Time Director designated as 'Director (Finance) & CFO' on the Board of the Company for a period of five years or the date of superannuation (which is at present is 62 year), whichever occurs earlier w.e.f. date of his joining; and <BR> <BR> 2. Shri Pranab Kumar Sinha (DIN: 05262027) as Whole Time Director designated as 'Director (Operations)' on the Board of the Company for a period of five years or the date of superannuation (which is at present is 62 year), whichever occurs earlier w.e.f. date of his joining.<BR> <BR> None of the above have any relationship with any of the Directors of the Company. | |
