Sir/ Madam, This is to inform that the Sh. Kamlesh Shivji Vikamsey, Independent Director (DIN : 00059620), Sh. Thomas Mathew T., Independent Director (DIN:00130282) and Sh. Santosh B. Nayar, Independent Director (DIN :02175871) vide their resignation letters dated 19th January, 2022 have resigned as Independent Director (s) on the Board of PTC India Financial Services Limited with immediate effect, on account of reasons as mentioned by them in their resignation letters which are enclosed herewith. Further, the Company has received confirmations from the Independent Directors that there are no other material reasons for their resignation other than those which is provided in their resignation letters dated 19th January, 2022.
