In continuation and partial modification of our letter dated November 11, 2021, the Company hereby revises the record date from November 23, 2021 to November 26, 2021 (closing hours) since the Company inadvertently has not considered one public holiday falling in between. Further, we wish<BR> to inform all shareholders that the Revised Record Date shall be November 26, 2021 for ascertainment of shareholders entitled to receive the Interim Dividend which was declared in the board meeting held on November 11, 2021 (i.e. Rs. 2/- per equity share).
