| PUNJAB & SIND BANKhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve : Meeting of Board of directors to be held on 12/11/2020 - Raising Capital: Reporting pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR> We wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of Punjab & Sind Bank is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12/11/2020 for considering the following agenda items in addition to the Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2) / Half Year ended September 30, 2020. <BR> <BR> 1. To seek approval to offer, issue, create and allot Equity shares aggregating up to Rs.6000 crore (including premium) by way of Follow on Public Offer (FPO) / Right Issue / Qualified Institutional Placement(s) / Preferential Issue or any other mode or a combination(s) thereof in one or more tranches within a period of 12 months. This includes the previous approval to raise an amount of Rs.500 crore by way of QIP.<BR> <BR> 2. To increase the Authorized Equity Share Capital of the Bank from Rs.3000 crore to Rs.10000 crore.<BR> <BR> | |
