Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in continuation to our earlier letter no. PCL/CS/16266 & PCL/CS/16275 dated 2nd January, 2023 & 31st January, 2023, respectively, we wish to inform the stock exchange that the company has decided to further extend the time period of Second Voluntary Retirement Scheme, 2022 upto15th March, 2023. We will further keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of any other information or update in this regard, as and when any event occurs, under the LODR regulations.
