Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform the stock exchange that CA Devinder Kumar Singla (DIN: 01430327) and Dr. Neelu Jain (DIN: 09548731) Independent Directors of our company, whose first term of appointment expires today, have been duly re-appointed as an Independent Director of the company for their second term of three years w.e.f. 25th March, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
