Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter no. PCL/CS/15742 and PCL/CS/15759 dated 24th August, 2020 & 1st October, 2020 respectively, and as informed by the Directorate of Public Enterprises & Disinvestment (DPED), we would like to inform you that, on the request of potential bidders, the Government of Punjab has extended the last date of submission of "Expression of Interest" (EOI) from 31.10.2020 to 30.11.2020 in respect of strategic disinvestment of 71.20% equity shareholding in Punjab Communications Ltd.
