Purshottam Investofin Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/03/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve proposal for fund raising by way of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') on Private Placement basis. Further, Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s equity shares shall closed with immediate effect and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the meeting made available at the website of the stock exchange.
Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in shares of the Company.
