We hereby inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designed Persons and their immediate relatives framed pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022, During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s Equity Shares. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 will be intimated later.
