This is in reference to the intimation regarding outcome of the Board Meeting held on 22nd April, 2022 wherein we have submitted the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2022 to the Stock Exchange. We would like to inform you that in the Independent Auditor's report of the said results, the Statutory Auditors have inadvertently mentioned the incorrect UDIN. We are re-submitting the Audit Report with the correct UDIN mentioned therein along with the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2022. There are no other change in the Audit report and accompanied Audited Financial Results apart from the above.
