| Quest Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [hereinafter 'SEBI(LODR)'], this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at its Registered Office at 'Centre Point', 21, Hemanta Basu Sarani, 2nd Floor, Room No. 230, Kolkata-700 001 on Saturday, the 12th day of February , 2022 to consider and approve, inter-alia amongst others the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31ST December, 2021.
