Quest Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the announcement dated 22/06/2020 regarding convening of Board Meeting in compliance with Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 and other relevant regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 , notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Company that was scheduled to be convened today, i.e. 30th June, 2020, could not be convened on the aforesaid due to breakdown of Pandemic effect of COVID-19 and lockdown situation resulting in delay in preparation of accounts<BR> <BR>
